Q: What are your lead times for private commissions, e.g. calligraphy artworks?
In order to ensure a great experience for all involved, please always enquire with me for booking availability first! Lead times can range between 2 and 4 weeks (give or take), depending on a variety of factors such as whether paper/products need to be shipped to me and back to you or if I need to order in supplies to assist with colour matching for your piece. If you need a job completed in less than 2 weeks, a rush fee of +50% of the project total may apply (subject to booking availability). I will always keep you up to date with how your project is tracking once I commence work on it.
Q: Do you accept in-studio bookings for engraving personalisation?
I do! My rate for engraving personalisation starts at $100 AUD/item (which doesn't include the cost of the item to be engraved) and from $70 AUD/item for calligraphy personalisation, plus shipping. I also have a studio minimum order of $250 AUD, and a rush fee of +50% of the project total for urgent orders.
Q: Do you offer event signage as part of your calligraphy services?
Unfortunately, I no longer create signage for events. I have narrowed down my list of services to ensure that I am directing my energy towards the things that really bring me (and you) joy, and those things include clients and/or guests being able to keep a piece of calligraphy from an event!
Q: Do you ship, and are you available for on-site services, internationally?
Currently I only ship my products within Australia. I will update my website with international shipping options when I'm ready to expand my business! If you would like to enquire about on-site services to be provided outside of Melbourne, Australia, please get in touch with me to check my availability. Alternatively, you can search the global Nibtique, Wander Crafter, and/or Event Artist Collective directories for calligraphers, engravers and artists who are available in your area.
